The history of Topaz.

Topaz was founded in 1980 as Topaz Architectural Engineering Supply Inc. Our current name is Topaz Engineering Supply Inc.

Since the beginning Topaz has always focused on the wide format document needs of Architects, Engineers, Designers and CAD professionals. In the early days there was not very much CAD being used and most designs were created on the drafting table. Our early products included blueprint machines, blueprint paper, vellum, and general drafting supplies.

As computer aided design became more prevalent the entire design process changed and Topaz changed with it. Our products shifted toward plotters and plain paper engineering copiers instead of blueprint machines.

As our products have changed our focus on customer service and making sure every customer is satisfied has remained our core focus.

Our current lineup of equipment, supplies and services has been well thought out to provide our customers with the very best choices for printing, copying and scanning their documents large and small.

We are well aware of the tremendous financial pressure that many of our customers continue to face in this recession and that is why we work so hard to offer the best value to our customers. Whether it is the best pricing on equipment and supplies or the quickest response time to a service call we continue to work hard for every customer.
